Wow...I'm back!! What can I say...work has been incredibly busy for the past 3 weeks or so. Unfortunately I have one of those offices that seems to be buried in paperwork and it's also never ending. Some days it's good and I get going and lose track of time...next thing you know it's time to go home! However...the past few days have NOT been like that!

Moving on...I've done a few fun things lately...nothing that would get you arrested so it's all good. Went to a Pink Flamingo party and bought a handy man. But wait!...you say..you have a husband...why do you need to buy a handy man? Well...the money went for breast cancer which is a good cause...the other reason is due to my spouse having open heart surgery he really isn't able to rake leaves, change light bulbs, etc. The boy I bought is someone I've known most of my life. The Flamingo party was all girls of course and included pink flamingo cocktails, munchies, everyone dressed in their finest pink duds and an auction. My sweetie dressed up and played chauffeur for me and 3 girlfriends! Yahoo...what a blast!

Hockey is back! After living in Canada for 9 years you learn to appreciate hockey and they have incredible TV coverage. Moving back to the states and finding only 1 of my channels has hockey has left me in a slump. Adding to the pain...the 1 channel has only been broadcasting games from the east (NY, Boston, FL, Montreal, etc). Oh well...at least I get to watch something!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month...ok ladies...call your buddies, don't forget monthly BSE's and if you are of age then don't forget your mammograms!
